unless that was your intention - being that you are competitors
wording would be better if you said "no 18usc notice" or something to that effect. Likely 99.99% of people are dealing with over 18 content anyway
for example - all the content I use is 18usc compliant, but none of the paysites had the 18usc records link, until about a year ago.
This does not mean the site was not compliant, just that the records were not visible by a link. And this had nothing to do with anything other than a CC processor request to place the link. Other CC processors did not require it, but might require netnanny or other such parental control links.
That would be like me listing all sites that did not have a netnanny link as '''sites which promote sex to children" instead of saying "no parental control links" wouldn't it?
By stating "not 18usc compliant" you are also implying that you are some sort of 2257 police, which I pretty sure, you're not, are you...

First of all....The email in question has nothing to do with this issue other than Unseen stating that he layed into me about it.
Second, I NEVER implied anything about underage models.
Third, if you had read te entire other thread as well as this one then you will see that this has nothing to do with competition. This is like a black person playing the race card every chance they get. It is a bullshit diversion tactic to cover the quilty.
And lastly....If I am not qualified to discuss 2257 then why have I been invited to do just that during a panel discussion at CybernetExpo in Montreal next month? How many other content providers were asked to speak on that issue? None.

I already have an x-box from a previous thread. I posted this one to get Unseen?s attention. It seems that he does not get it when I speak to him man to man so maybe with a little humiliation he will learn not to spread lies about others. In a way, this is therapy for him.
