First thing that ran through my mind

Yeh, you get that tingling Uh Oh feeling all over when it gets close to home.

I shit my pants last month. I had fallen asleep at about 7PM one night. At around 8:30 I hear the door pounding. My German Shepherd is barking his head off and I was so asleep I thought I was dreaming and didn't go downstairs to see who was banging. After what seemed like about 10 minutes I heard the banging again and this time I got up and looked out the window and saw 2 blacked out Crown Vic's out front. I'm thinking immediately OH FUCK not good. So I called my ex right away to say I don't know yet what's going on but there are two undercover cars out front that look like Feds so standby while I see what's going down.

I got dressed and headed downstairs and the knocking had stopped again. Looked out the peephole and didn't see anything but the cars and I'm thinking OK someone put a contract out on me and this is a setup. But I flung open the door anyway and I startled the fuck out of these 4 monstrous looking SWAt guys and they all spun around and pointed their H&K's at me. I didn't know what the hell was going on at this point, but they quickly put their guns down, and said they just needed to know if I had seen my neighbor today. I thought you have to be kidding. You're banging on my door and freaking me out over my fricking neighbor.

Turns out the neighbor had killed a guy by running him over with his car and fled the scene. So the SWAT guys wanted me to ID the neighbor from the pic they had from his drivers license file and if he still looked like that and if I had seen him rushing back home earlier or running back into the woods.

Anyway it turned out the guy was inside hiding. They brought in K-9's and battered down his front door and he finally gave up and came out.

But man when you see those Fed looking cars your heart just stops.
