So...Let me get this straight.....
You complain about their actions and question how it would apply to the mainstream workplace yet you allow them to blow off an interview and then reschedule another one....Not only once, but 3 times?
If you allow them to walk all over you, they will. Grow some balls.
Here's a thought....Have them call you 1 hour before the appointment just to confirm that they will be there. If they don't call then you call them 45 minutes before. If they do not confirm, they do not work. Make this a regular practice and you will avoid a lot of headaches as well as wasting time waiting for a no-show.
