My experience in dealing with Indian programming was not good. I wasted lot of time explaining what I need exactly and finally when my program was written it was so bugful that i was forced to have someone to rewrite it.. I hired a programming team from Russia and got very good results for the same price (lilbit less)
My opinion: if u want good quality, nice support low prices and don't want to waste your time deal with Eastern European programmers
