    ATT: Where is my money!

    I have been working on this program for over 4 months, have paid out of my own pocket third party designers and coders to get this contract completed. The check you sent for $23,500.00 bounced at my bank.

    You have not returned my e-mails, icq, or calls. If I don't hear from you by this Sunday the 1st I am going to file a criminal complaint on Monday and also scan the check for all to see here on GFY. Also by using software that you may or may not have fraudulently obatined you could be liable for additional royalties.

    I am sorry to use this forum as a means of collections but it seams to work for other people. I await your reply.

                          You would be suprised at how much GFY negative exposure can make a "person" want to make things right before being drug out and stomped on. I am sorry to create the drama but I know this person cruises the board so hopefully they will return my call.

                                      i dont know what's going on in USA, but in europe you can have someone's life destroyed for a bounced check. The phrase "they chase him for bounced check/s" is pretty common. Based with that i read at gfy, it's a common practise in states. Which is the legal path you can follow and the possible outcome of this? Fill police report and you have him arrested?

                                                      I'd want that paid up front, for sure. I've been getting much smaller jobs paid up front lately. Works well to avoid this kind of bullshit.
