Spam me with Dialer providers

I am looking for a Dialer provider that offers the following:

- NOT! located in the US or Germany. All other countries are fine.
- The dialer should offer a wide variety of countries where it can be used.
- The amount billed should not be fixed. I am looking for a billing alternative to credit cards and not for ripping the customer of with intense amounts of minute charges.
- The dialer should offer bank transfers to send my funds.
- No automatic changing of default internet connection. Just a software that can be called by the user (something I can put my design in would be great)

Feel free to spam away. Experiences are appreciated.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

You're going to find it difficult to find a system that offers this,
most dialers are linked to the premium rates lines of the country.

The other possibility is SMS billing, where you can set the rate.

You are sort of looking for a global web900 solution, not sure if there is one.

That's what I thought. What countries you can offer smsbilling at?

It is not really a global web900 solution but I would like to have something like 10 to 20 cents a minute and not amounts that go into the dollar or euro amounts per minute.

- Our dialer offers a wide variety of countries where it can be used. To be more precise - over 250 countries.
- We do not rip off the customer with intense amounts of minute charges.
- We always pay via bank transfer.

Your companies webpage is nice and informative. You definatley made it to my bookmarks. I will contact you in the next week as I have to finish a couple of projects first before I will start looking into dialers more closely.
