I think that teenbadgirls.com is a bit boring, text is hard to read and its too spread. Lots of empty space.

teen-asians.com doesn't load up. Maybe its just me.

Gutter.com has certain similarity with teenbadgirls.com in terms of the logo part. But is it a webdesign at all? Where are the whores?

Roger I like the combo of pro (top half) and amateur design (bottom) on those. Its an interesting approach.

Leave them as is.

the main focus of the sites is the Porn for a buck thats what sells and thats why they convert under 1/250

everything is to get them to the join page and join thats why we offer a $1 trial for a month.

if the conversions sucked I would change it.
Everything on the page is about the buck deal the rest is secondary.

most traffic gets bumped around they have seen enough tits and ass by the time they get to us. its all about the promo.

we don't have tour pages we sell them on the home page. I don't want them waiting for tour pages to load plus its an impulse buy and they lose interest there is so much you can show and say. you lose alot of traffic with tour pages from my experience.

Do you get traffic only from SE or mail?

if its coming from anywhere else they have seen it over and over they are ready to join.
but everyone has there own way of doing things. this is just my way of doing it running paysites for many many years.

I got guys converting 1/10 but not to many over 1/300
our average is 1/180 from around 1000 webmasters sending traffic on any given day

plus Why you are doing great with us so I'm doing something right

Yep we only charge a buck for a full month trial membership.
and yes before anyone says something we have cross sales that are clearly shown.

so if someone unchecks the cross sales they get our site for a month for only a buck.

the way i see it.
they get a full month for a $1 so they don't cancel right away and they stick around longer.
plus its easier to sell $1 membership for a month then a free 3 day or anything else.

they know there is no catch cause its a buck and they arn't pressured.

I hope I explained it clear enough.

some "announcments" are just pointless...This is something you send to your current affiliates thru email...I could see adding something new and exciting to your program and announcing it here but if everybody was announcing new banners added and site designs redone the board would be a lil shitty...business or not
