I hope this is a sign of things changing around there in the support dept. I usually have to wait upto 24 hours for simple ftp and email forwarding requests.

I just started hosting with them and I think they're pretty good, they did buy another hosting company so that may have caused delays that aren't usual but I have two other hosts and when they've merged they've gone through the same thing .Comment
