of course that is just an estimate, but all traffic indicators for it indicate a downward trend trend at this time.
that traffic rank indicates about 200-300 uniques/day traffic.
if conversion ratio is 1:300 (it might be) that indicates maybe 1 new signup per day.
which means the bulk of income probably is on a declining base of renewals.
not saying you can't throw traffic at it and make it do something.
but i have a good idea what it is actually presently worth based on ROI.
and it is nowhere near 24k.

wait I did not read your post throughly... yes traffic for the site is going down.. due to me promoting my new site dirtydanza.com more... but belive me I have affiliates doing more than one sale a day on the site......
