Nah... but I've seen it at the supermarket.
Might have to pick up a bottle next time I go shopping for food.

nah, I didn't mean sauce... I meant the actual habanero peppers... raw.
I know.
I was just saying, Habanero itself is a hotter pepper than the forementioned Jalapenos, so a Habanero based sauce is also hotter than a Peno based sauce like Tobasco. He asked if we liked Tobasco? ;)
you ever see Dave? He's a little guy, kinda businessman / accountantish lookin'... with a sick evil glint in his eyes as he's stirring up that pot of fuckin' heat..... the dude is truly warped.

haha, Yeah, I seen him at a Hot Sauce show in NJ one time, now he is 71 years old.
Sixpack, if you do anything with habaneros, beer or anything like that will be tasty as always, but it's not gonna take the heat away.... you're gonna want some cheese and/or bread close by to kill the heat.

Of course I'm gonna do something with habaneros now, beeyotch!
Just lucky I love cheese and bread too. French bread at that.
I was introduced to Daves Products while living in Jackson Hole WY, I was on the ski patrol, and we had a party at the lodge one evening. One guy brought this in, said, I will give anyone a hundred bucks if they can dip a chip into this sauce, eat it, and not take a drink for 5 mins.
I rose to the challenge, being the connoisseur I am of hot sauces, well, to make a long hot story short, I didnt win the money, but did suffer blisters to my tongue and burped up the taste for 2 days after.
Beer didnt help, bread didnt help, ice cream didnt help, nothing did, but time, it finally let up about 2 hours later.

damn....
I've never found the balls to try Dave's stuff.... it's just pure fuckin' madness. But I have chewed on several raw habaneros. First time was in a Chevy's restaurant in California... they had run out of jalepenos and I was pissed... I wanted some peppers.... so I asked if they had anything else. She brought out a plate full of the little jewels. Well, I was used to jalepenos. So I popped one in my mouth... about 20 seconds later, I made the fatal mistake of rubbing my eyes as they were tearing up. 30 seconds after that I was writhing on the floor fully out of control... snot and tears pouring from my skull. Took about an hour before I was able to function again, but I didn't really fully recover until the next day.
now when my friends from the mainland fly over, we play Pepper Dice. Basically bar dice, except instead of for money, loser eats a chunk of habanero. We do this until one of us can no longer go on.
