If the guy can guarantee the performance of the webmaster he supplies, then great! LOL, you only have them 8-12 hours a day. People in plantations get up at 5 in the morning and work under the sun until the sun until it's dark. Most of us have never seen hard work unless you worked on a farm.

If you charge close to $350 or $200 (according to my buddies in Thailand & the Philippines the average wage of a COLLEGE - EDUCATED person there ranges from $3 to $6 a DAY... not an hour... A DAY)
So, take it easy on the drama and start cutting your price.
I bet you there's going to be a TON of outsourcing that is already happening and you and people like you who charge more than 2 times your cost will soon be out of business.

- I bit the $350 salary range because as i said it was good enough for me here. But
it does not in anyway represent the true value of my work. I believe i worth more
than that.
- I have no intention nor desire to compete with any outsourcing company here.
- The broken link is unintentional as i just want you to appreciate what i can do by mere xhtml and css. The website is still a work in progress and is in no way indicative of my service as of yet.

Anyone consider that you can hire a home grown webmaster for $3500 a month who can do 10 times the work of these outsourced guys (not to mention the quality)?
When you factor in communication problems, time zones and the opportunity cost of your wasted time, these guys are much more than $200-$350 per month.
And I haven't even said anything about the fact that it is so difficult to find someone who truly understands what an adult surfer wants to see. Believe it or not, there is a skill to this game.
Mass amounts of shity work for cheap wages = shity conversions!
For every 1 person who raves about their great outsourced experience, you will find 100 who complain.

btw a lot of people only look at the hour-rate... but don't forget that a more experienced programmer/desinger might be more expensive, but he'll probably also need less time to make what you need, which results in the same price or maybe a bit higher, but at least you've got it done professional (especially with large projects, there is a big difference in quality)Comment
