Has anyone seen the movie Darkness Falls? We usually rent a scary movie once over the weekend so me, gothbox and the 3 kiddos can pile up on the couch and get scared silly. Some of the favorites are Blade 1 & 2, Children of the Corn, Silence of the Lambs and the Halloween series. Now my kids are great about distinguishing between television and real life (even though they all believe in the easter bunny, santa claus, etc.) The funny thing is we grabbed Darkness Falls this weekend to watch and i'll be damned if it isn't about an evil toothfairy. (it's not as corny as the story line sounds) It was actually a pretty good movie and it looks like it is going to save me a small fortune because my kids swear they'll never leave another tooth for the toothfairy. lol Of course they are just kidding but imagine the savings account I would build.

Definately an interesting movie... I have been lucky enough to catch every movie that has come out, in theatre since December, so that was one of the better ones.Comment

A lot of people here bash The Ring, I thought it was creepy as hell
Ringu (the original Japanese film) was good, but low budget. The girl who crawled out of the tv in that flick was a Kabuki actress, and she had an even more sinister funky walk of doomComment

the wife insisted that we buy Darkness Falls when it came out on DVD last week. it was pretty good. I had doubts when I read the box when we got home...BUT it turned out good.
