The best thing about SinHost is knowing you've got people handling your hosting who care. I am an ittle bitty customer, and Brad once ICQd me because he got a pager message while feeding his baby. He apologized to me that he didn't fix the problem in like 5 minutes, and then woke up his head tech who apologized even more for taking a few minutes before clearing everything up.
