Half the problem is that people get confused and think they must make 'ultra clean' galleries to get listed and so make fuck all money. Sure galleries with little advertising (and the little there is is often banner top/banner bottom) will get you listed nearly every time. What the hell's the point though when it's making you no money? Mind you - doesn't help that so many TGP's decided they wanted galleries not designed to sell.

Simple answer is to build galleries designed to make clicks and sales. If you then miss the odd listing so what. At least you're making money.

I'll almost bet that with traffic that high you're making crap with minimal ads that are well away from all the pics.

Not enough to make people click especially down the bottom. Even the middle isn't too enticing. Try being CRUDE in the sales text. Crude if done well gets good clicks.

If they retain 2 months you get paid in total $20/sale which is $0.015/click

If they retain 3 months you get paid in total $30/sale which is $0.023/click

I find it very hard to retain more than 3 months since it's not a niche site and the traffic comes from tgps.

A good thing to do is to analyze the performance of your sponsors based on revenues per click. Sometimes the bad revenue results are reflected on the billing scheme of the sponsor.

Your gallery matches the tour and personally I fail to see why it doesnt convert better. I'm far away from a tgp guru and yes tgp traffic needs certain skills to convert it, but 1:1300 is really bad. I think such ratio someone can still get by sending blind link traffic to nastydollars and receive $35/sale. Maybe you should contact twistys people and ask for tips on how to bring the ratio to decent level.

My guess is that you are using twistys because thry provide you with very quality content to promote them. In case you don't manage to find a solution with twistys ratio I would advise you to buy some good content and use some paysite you have experienced good results in the past. Just my thoughts, i'm not trying to degrade twistys in anyway.

I never noticed anything to click for sponsor until I looked. That says alot. A gallery builder myself I usualy notice banners and ads WAY before content. This time I saw thumbs, That's it. Then I had to force myself to look "oh there they are... damn doesn't even look like anything that is suposed to be clicked"
You gotta TELL the surfer to click. Use contrasting colors for words like "click here". Use contrasting colors on anythign like pussy, free, hahahaha, fucking, etc etc. but don;t go overboard. try not to put the same contrast text colors under, above, or beside another contrasted one. text is key.

About half of them is unqiue visitors, actually it's like 250k uniques

99,9% coming from TGP's

Hello, i have many sites but i'll give you an example i've started a new one and i'm making like $70 a day with 4000 uniques (and still growing every day). I use 140 x 140 thumbnails (keep aspect ratio), 1 banner (in the middle) and a background colour that contrast the background of the thumbnails. It's a very simple design, but remember most surfers are there just for the free photos, they don't care your design. If you give them a good example of the pay site, they will join. Don't use the full set of photos, just leave the gallery with some suspense...

Actually it's 250k uniques, so that sounds a bit less isn't it.
