No one has ever been blacklisted for fixing a problem. As long as links don't go to console traps or other entrapping programs you have no problem at all. Adding text to keep the filesize the same does make look things supicious. Part from that, the filesize might be the same, but the checksum for that page isn't. Links are altered. That is detected by the bot...
But like I said, you fixed a problem, that's never a reason to get blacklistedComment
