look up his/her details at somewhere like http://www.whois.sc
email and ask them to stop, and redirect traffic to you.

No reply 1 day, phone and ask them to stop. If they don't or the details are wrong. Write to the registry and say they have incorrect whois information.

Complain to google, complain to their host.

There's plenty u can do.
