404 - there is a lot of things that are illegal, more than that, even many things that are legal in your locality may be illegal in some else locality. But thinking, speaking and fantasing about something illegal is not the same as doing something illegal.

Drugs are illegal, let's ban all the articles about their effects, let's ban all the peoples stories about their experiences of being addict, let's ban all the boards where people talking about planting weed, and so on and so on...
As long as nobody actually hurt, humiliated or exploited there is no any harm in fantasies. All people have fantasies, sometimes pretty weird. You know what psychologists say? They say - all people live in the world of their illusions, the only difference between "normal" people and those who have schizophrenia diagnosis, is that "normal" people know what of their illusions are shared with people around them and what are completelly their own.
And about that rape fantasy site... I tend to believe that 40% of members are women. It's a known fact that many women have fantasies about being raped or humiliated. Read the psychologists studies. Some (not many, but there are known cases) of those women actually end in real rape situation only because they were actually seeking for it.
BTW - many men also have fantasies about being humiliated by woman or women. It's just that men cannot be raped in most cases. Unless by other men, which is gay.
