here is the deal - if i like you enough to go down on you without a condom then I will swallow. I would much rather swallow than not if I am in the position. It is just easier that way and I usually don't really dislike the taste. I don't have to love you but I do have to like you and feel comfortable enough putting you in my mouth. If I do then swallowing and the reaction it gets is actually a turn on.
I do not mind using flavoured condoms (though please give me a flavour selection..some are better than others). Sometimes that can actually be a lot of fun and prolong things but really you are most likely just going to get a sucking but end up coming in the condom - in me.
