    Best thing for neck , muscle aches?

    Yo

    I slept in a awkward position last night , i woke up with a a neck, traps ache ....Any good stuff to easeeeeeeee my pain?

      When i do roadtrips sometimes I get the awfullest back spasms and cramps. I find a gentle mix of Ibuprofen and Naproxen helps wonderfully. Don't overdo it though, because it can give you horrible rotgut. Over the counter versions work just as well.

      If you were in Canada, I would say just do Robaxicet, but I don't think it's over the counter in the States.

          Put a heating pad on t man! Or take a hot bath. Massage is also very good; get one of your girly friends to do it! Also take some tylenol

                                                      The only other thing I can think of is to smoke a little WEED or alot if you are so inclined
