As someone who has had the mistfortune of being a rape victim, myself, it's something I take very seriously. But also, as someone who's had friends falsely accused of rape and basically forced to plea bargain just to keep from getting max sentance (after all, they're guys, they MUST have done it, right?) even though they were falsely accused, I'm not going to be so quick to judge. Were you there? Do you know the situation? No, no more than I do? Would she have been the first chick to lie to save face? No. Would he have been the first to lie to get a lesser sentance? No. But do you know for sure which case it was? No. So do us all a favor and stop calling ME stupid when you're the one jumping on the bandwagon without all the facts EITHER way.
