Yes! Just like with the hungover, you drink a beer when waking up. So tomorrow morning go take some sunbath for 2-3 hours. This should help.

Had that happen to me before, spent all day at a waterpark in Florida with no sunblock. (Shipwreck Island near Panama Beach)
Blistered, pus oozing you name it. Best thing to do is stay still and not move a muscle without a shirt on. I was fucked for a week during our whole vacation. And still hurted a bit for another week or more.

Definatley...I keep an aloe vera plant in my house every summer.

But if you want an oral medication to make the pain go away....try cyanide.

Aren't you worried about skin cancer? I use self-tanners exclusively now. There's no point in ruining your skin by exposing it to the sun.

Asprin every 4 hours.
Cold compresses of half milk and half water on the worst of it.
An over the counter steroid cream.

A cool bath will help to stop the burning process. (you usually continue to develop a sunburn for several hours after getting out of the sun)
