As I've already said;
The way I see it you ended the deal between you when you demanded a refund even after he agreed to give you the docs you wanted in the first place. In his last post in yesterdays thread he asked you to contact him on ICQ to get your refund sorted.

Instead of contacting him as he asked, you changed your mind again and started this thread. (you changed your mind after calming down as you said in your earlier post) You didn't even try ICQ'ing him until after he posted in this thread (cuz now you didn't want that refund anymore). I can fully understand that he ignores you now.

You ended your deal yourself. And having second thoughts you choose to call it all out over GFY in this thread in an attempt to get back that great offer you once had but chose to dropp. I don't balame you for wanting your 80 vids of whatever it was you were looking to buy, but that deal is over. That is NOT correct. After Boneprone told me that the docs would be available I ICQ'd Sobe and said that I'd like to proceed with the deal (the transcript is posted in this thread). I started this thread when Sobe stated that he would not honor the agreement mediated by Boneprone.

Wouldnt a simple solution be to move all of your money from your current Paypal account.

Drop Paypal an email informing them of the transaction and that goods of an 'adult nature' were purchased from a merchant through Payapl?

Im pretty sure his acct would be closed down shortly after that at Paypal

Actually this is my first and only encounter with Sobe.

Look I've been through all this before in the other threads. I was advised by my lawyer (I live in Australia) that I should obtain releases and IDs for all content. So when Sobe posted his offer, I asked if releases and IDs were available and HE SAID THAT THEY WERE. I would never have tried to purchase the content if Sobe had not told me the docs were available. Then AFTER I had paid him for the samples he announced that he wanted an extra $800 administrative fee to provide the docs. If you think that is ethical, fine, I will not even try to argue with you.

Quit humping his leg and get back to work.

I can appreciate that perspective And at first I did not want to do business with Sobe any more. That is why I initially rejected Sobe's renewed offer of documents. But after I'd had a chance to calm down think about it, I concluded that if Boneprone said the docs were available (and it was after all a BP4L endorsed promotion) that it should be safe to complete the transaction. Clearly I was wrong because I still do not have any docs, I still do not have a refund and Sobe is still ignoring my ICQs. But of course I'm the one who's out of line. Right?

This thread stinks.....

I could see SOBE giving you copies of docs & ID's if you had bought *everything* he had though. Because at $5 per video... going through 200 videos getting the 80 you wanted ready for delivery, then going through and getting you copies of the 80 sets... woo.. Sobe would be in the hole timewise on that deal.

Makes sense why he was willing to give you 10, but not 80.

You guys should be stoked that hes offered them for $5 a video. If I were sobe I would charge an extra $5 per set if you want to have copies of docs & ID's & your not buying everything he has.
(If you buy everything.. he doesn't have to sort through ID's and docs picking out the ones you selected). Unless of course they are already scanned & in their appropriate folders... then I guess it doesnt matter.

Because at $5 per video... going through 200 videos getting the 80 you wanted ready for delivery, then going through and getting you copies of the 80 sets... woo.. Sobe would be in the hole timewise on that deal.

If I were Sobe (and thank God I am not!) I would not have offered docs on $5 sets unless they were already bundled with the content. It would not be worth the hassle. But I asked Sobe if they were available and he said yes they are. Then after he'd accepted my money he tried to charge an extra $800 for the docs. That's just unethical, pure and simple.

He tried to charge me $10 extra per set and did not mention the charge until after he'd accepted my money and processed the order. If you're going to charge someone an $800 admin fee on a $400 order, then you tell them about the extra charges up-front!
