my partner on a project is canadian. he had to incorporate in the u.s. in order to process with epoch. he used incorporate and it just took a few minutes. then he had to get a tax i.d. for the corporation.
i'd say we're seeing around 70-80% visa, and about 75% our members are from the u.s.
