It will never stop because it's not an issue. It's just one story on the news tonight.
As big as a awful crime as it is, who will stop it? Not the USA, we have a military to fund and countries to rebuild & support. Sure they say they want to help, but come on... What are they going to do, invade them?
Hell, one of the largest suppliers of child slaves / prostitutes is Cuba, just 98 miles of our coast. We don't even stop that from happening, or even better... stop the same shit that goes on in our own country.
