Im not in the USA either, Visa has divided the world in 2 it seems.
The US And Europe, bottom line is you want to be using them on your sites you need to have a presence in one of these 2 places.
Ill keep my nose out of the US for a lil while to see how visa and acacia and the doj and all the rest of the current headaches play out....
