should i be suspicious?

an affiliate of mine is converting 1:2, at $20 a sale, but only does one sale a week (ish) and has registered multiple accounts to do this..

im not complaining i guesss.. just wondering if any paysite owners have any idea how someone can convert at 1:2 on $20 memberships.

maybe im too cynical and he just have fantastic traffic!

i checked his site and it was an avs site..
