Yes he is short on money. Never hapened to you? praise yourself happy! He is trying to make his way out of this in a honest way. Take it or leave it! posts like "I can see why prices are low" just are useless... yes prices are low, yes the designs are not all that, but atleast he is trying to do something about it in a honest way.
