Here's what I'd do if I wanted to be a cheapskate and find out who it is. I'd take the number 402-450-3794 and call some variations of the last 4 digits to get ahold of someone else that has a cell phone through the same place, so you can ask them where they live and who the cell phone provider is, then you can just call up the provider directly and let them deal with the asshole. I'm sure that if you told them that one of their customers is giving you death threats, they SHOULD do something about it.

I know that way could take a little extra work and may make you feel like an ass, and possibly give ya long distance charges, BUT it is another way to do it if you don't wanna dish out $50.
