I dont know if I posted this before. Anathema I had a period where it was all Anathema all day. You just expect it to pick up soon or later but it never does. Every song trudges along at the same speed, same mournful wailing about depressing shit. Its amazing how much variation they can come up with. I imagine a show must be just stand around drunk, bob your head and weave back and forth.Comment

Now, any band that wants to stand up in the few NOLA clubs better be able to hammer away some sludge and grind man like Acid Bath and so many others. Demise at the famous Club called Zepplins, I used to see Exhorder, Crowbar, and Acid Bath there. ;)
I can't wait to go home, I got friends who live this music man, they play 5 nights a week in small garage clubs all throughout NOLA, and just record bands and make this scene what it is.
Death just seems to surround it all, and it keeps pulling cards.
