I dont understand what the designer has to do with in this case, when you get work done you are supposed to have content, (pics of the girls in your site) this has nothing to do with the designer, they are provided the content to be used.
I was not aware designers could simply buy Matrix sets and use them in designs they turn around and SELL while not transferring the license.

If I hit up a designer for a logo and they finished using content I did not own, I would not accept it, in this case it was.
Both parties are guilty if this is the case.
One for designing it with illegal content, the other for knowingly accepting the stolen content work.
