She doesnt own a credit card...We werent home on the date in question...and they provided a false IP address that has never belonged to my computer...It is my belief that he is pissed that I'm trying to do something to this company so it doesnt happen again and he wont be able to make any more money from their webmaster affiliate program...

Is it not concievable that someone used your daughters E-mail address to signup from a different computer? If this is not concievable then how exactly would Swoit have gotten hold of your daughters E-mail address? By the way...I have not recieved a single spam from Swoit.
