I dont understand what the designer has to do with in this case, when you get work done you are supposed to have content, (pics of the girls in your site) this has nothing to do with the designer, they are provided the content to be used.

If I hit up a designer for a logo and they finished using content I did not own, I would not accept it, in this case it was.

Both parties are guilty if this is the case.

One for designing it with illegal content, the other for knowingly accepting the stolen content work.

The designer was instructed to use only content that was his, or from my affiliate galleries. (that is offered through most)

Yes I agree that is my responsibility ultimately. That is why I have all the docs that I need. If those docs are false then that will be up to me to pursue. but no judge would penalize me since I have done my due dilligence.

All that a judge would say is take it down the docs provided to you are false.(wich I have already said that I would gladly do if their is something not right about it).
