lol you guys are crazy, and most of you must be noobs to this board, i have been posting on this board for around a year now......and no i just dont like any of the logos so there is no winner, i went ahead and made my own logo....however some of the logos are pretty cool, but i guess you get what you wanted to pay for....and i didnt have that much $$$ to invest....sorry i wasted your time.....Signature is for sale!

If someone has a contest then they must pick a winner. If all the logos suck then that's the risk of running a contest. Every designer will risk doing a logo and not winning so the equal risk is fair.
Besides, I see more than a few logos here that would fit the needs of this website. If a single designer was hired then the result would have been less choices; so running a contest gets a lot more work for very little money. Because of you, lanclandesigns, I will quite possibly never enter another logo contest. I certainly don't think mine was the best, I think snipah's was the best. And by you not paying him, you've just ruined contests for me. I'll probably only enter contests from people I know and trust IF I enter at all. You'd think it would be the people offering $500 for a logo contest that would be the ones you couldn't trust, but when someone can't afford $100 it's just SAD.
Snipah's logo fit PERFECTLY with the theme you described and you KNOW it.

The guy looks like a scammer, but all of you entering a design contest for someone who pretends to be a designer with no time - and sorry, but the most elaborated logo in this so called contest took 15 minutes max- is, to say the least, very naive
I'm sure this "designer" and his team of 6 designers should have enough time to take 30 minutes each. Assuming he's not a crook, which he seems to be.
