Actually I believe it might be the other way around. Many users distrust dialers and instead use Lastschrift (Direct Withdrawal) or Credit Card as a form of payment. I also believe the usage of 0190 numbers is becoming more and more popular. 0190 is like 1-900 where a payment would show up on your phone bill.Originally posted by dmv69

In fact the German consumer despises dialers so much that the Gvmt in Germany from what i recall is trying to pass a law to have Dialers banned
