              oh come on... that britney sig isn't the best...

              the best sig should be "well rounded" in style, incorperating tastes over all of the most important aspects... such as...

              design
              (how well it meshes within the physical posting background)
              purpose
              (the best sig should have a purpose, otherwise sigs like the britney sig will be cheap attempts at winning such contests!)
              efficiency
              (file size, keeping sure not to be too dynamic, etc etc)
              effectiveness
              (how well does it convey the particular idea??)

              alright, i may have gone too far.

                                                                                          don't say Premiere, Vegas etc - just a simple shareware/freeware program that can do it.
