Im thinking of getting one but they are about 3x more than mormal one. I cook alot so basically want to know if they are way better than normal ranges.

consistent heat is what it's all about
i would look at the sub-zero refridgerators if you're thinking about them too.Comment

I've got one, they're great. The only problem is all the burners are big, so if you want to make something small, you gotta use a big old pot.Comment
