well there are a few answers that come to my mind:
1 - how do you know they don't have 'permission' to be there? For all you know they are swingers (though I doubt it by the way they freak at the mere vision of a dick).
2 - Please kill me if I ever act like that in public. I have no problem with the playing with a naked guy in front of other people thing - I would just make it a legit sex party and not this girlie giggle fest.
3 - What is with the girl in the middle that keeps almost licking/sucking the dick but then pulls away. I bet she has an excessive Barbie collection at home.
