Thats why almost every game have a FREE DEMO VERSION

90% of the times you try a Warez game online, it will Identify you, and the company will contact you for using their product without a licens

Neocron is the only thing to play online In my opinion..
The game is unbelievably detailed, and complex, plus in 6 days they will be offering a public free trial download..

Planetside

If you're talking RPG type then you got Everquest, Dark ages of Camelot, Asherons Call, Anarchy Online, Shadowbane.

God no, stay away from joysticks if you are going FPS..
Keyboard and mouse is the only way to play if you plan on surviving..

If you've never tried them before I reckon you should get a copy of Half Life and try the Team Fortress Classic http://www.planetfortress.com/ and Counterstrike http://www.counter-strike.net/ mods. They are both a lot of fun and easy to get into.
