can't sleep again tonight. i haven't gotten a good night's sleep in about two fucking weeks. i think it's stress. but what the fuck? anyone have any good ideas up their sleeves? this is getting really fucking annoying.

since i practically stopped drinking the past few months, drinking makes me very unefficient for the day after. don't have any weed, although that might work alright. i have my doubts i could find it here at 3:30 in the morning though.
sometimes those tylenol sleeping pills work, but usually they just make me trip out. it's fun for a while, but then it just gets annoying when mind is clear, but body is psycho.<a href="http://www.iroc409.com/"><img src="http://www.iroc409.com/adv/120x60.gif" border=0></a>
