I've cancelled my account with them, and this is just another example of why I was totally right to do so - I too got the email today telling me I was above their limits (I am below 1% using their own reports !).

EU is 2.5% I'm sure of it - and even if they are changing it to 1% I am *still* below it.

Their accounts department is full of morons and fuckwits.

First they hold the reserve for months on end throughout the year and now they pull this stunt.

I thought Ibill was already debiting fees for chargebacks, does anyone know what is meant by "card association fees" specifically? Is this on top of other fees?

I am hoping that all of these issues will subside as their relationship with their previous bank now ends. Hopefully they will not be holding reserves any longer.

Very curious to see the coming wire and what is added or missing.

They will be subject to 2% chargeback rules just as everybody else is in the EU. However, why let an aggregator's chargeback thresholds dictate how you do business? Get your own merchant accounts and do your own reporting.

What is also "weird" is that I hear some peple are being charged card associations fees for being over 1% during the period they state VISA EU was at 2%.

Also I just confirmed with the gratious Erin at Netbilling that Visa EU is still 2%.

So whats going?

I just heard that the basic fee will be going up to 19%.

Add this on top of the held reserves and hidden association fees and it's getting to 40% or so to process with them.
