my contention - is that part of sales (and you're in the business of sales) is service after the sale. So i become a customer of epoch or ccbill - you're obligated - in my mind - to make sure i know what parts of your system - i would benefit from using.
ie. cross sells, check processing, denial processing, 30 minute trials, cancel discounts - etc - if these things will increase sales by X - you should be telling that.
to say - it increases transactions on average 6-10% - isn't giving away private information - for what www.x.com site is doing.
i wish processors would be more helpful - after accounts are set up - to make sure their customers are taking full advantage of those tools they have - to increase transactions - (which is good for all parties)Comment
