I have had close to $300 in rebills DUE me from College Fuckfest since January 16 2003 but have not been paid for ANY of them. Have emailed the "contact" address for College Fuckfest and even Website Billing. Last payment I received was March 5th, 2003 and that was for Jan 1-Jan 15, 2003. Thanks in advance

How about CFF pay me for promoting their program for the last three months for FREE... how about CFF using good business sense and contacting or replying to their affiliates so they will know what is going on. They don't pay you, WSB does. WSB doesn't have cash. They haven't paid CFF and they haven't paid hundreds of others. WSB is sending checks out as they get the cash. You're problem is with WSB, not with CFF.
Why are they still soliciting new affiliates? Because ccBill is still sending out payments. Switch over your WSB links to ccBill links.

your'e probably right - as for using ccbill - that was NOT an option when CFF first started it's affiliate program. Otherwise I would have. Perhaps I don't know all the financial logistics but if CFF is continuing to get paid perhaps they should pay off their outstanding debts to affiliates. A similar thing happened to Lightspeed a while back (900# issue) but THEY paid EVERYONE and made good on their promises. Did you ever consider maybe CFF *DOES NOT HAVE THE MONEY* to pay out to you?
If they are getting ZERO from WSB, and it's also a fairly new program when all that shit hit the fan.. I would doubt they could cover the spread so to speak.
I'm sure if they had the money in reserve somewhere, they would have paid in full for all current rebills up to date XYZ and said no more WSB.
Now, if the program owners start to go buy ferraris and shit, you'll have cause to bitch. Until then bitch at WSB.
For the lightspeed thing, that was stand up and the way to do biz. But, they also were an established program and it was probably less than a few percent of their gross they had to cover. CFF was brand new, and it was 100% of their gross... Hrm....
I think CFF should be held "liable" in the way that they shouldn't accept a dime until affiliates are paid, but to bring them down because they don't have a huge cash reserve for a PARTNERSHIP program is just downright insane.

if CFF has the money to pay their employees, shoot new content for new sites then they sure as hell do have money to pay their affilliates what's owed to them for traffic.
Affilliates sign up to do business with a program NOT the third party processor. Third party processors do NOT run traffic programs, they do provide software to run a webmaster affilliate program and they do handle payouts. look, I had my accoutn hijacked from wsb, and it took 3 weeks to get it back and then they stoped payments that were stolen,
so that means the money was not sucessfully stolen,
but wsb has yet to pay me that money, and CFF does not give a shit about my lossy 1000$, it my fault someone got my password,
but you know what, 15 programs, and only CFF and AFF were hijacked,
and AFF stoped payment on the check and sent me my money,
only wsb stiffed me, not only the money that was stolen but the money that was not stolen,
and CFF does not care and never followed up or took care of me, which is why I dont sell anything from them and I sugest people stay away from them and anything to do with wsb,
lol
I got 2 checks from WSB, 70$ and 70$, I guess whats left of my rebills,
