    Well, not to start a flame, but I think that is irresponsible. at the least, have the gun locked up in a box or with a triggerlock if you have a kid.

    Kids, yours and your kids friends, are very capable of climbing into a closet and pulling the gun out.

    I used to go thru my moms closet when I was a kid to get the toys she took away from me when I misbehaved. I can see a kid pulling out a gun thinking it is a toy and mishandling it easily.

    Or at least tell me the closet locks with a key or a combo lock, etc.

                You're not gonna start a flame...I can respect your thought. I answered most of that in my previous post to Tala. One other thing I didn't mention is that if by ANY chance my daughter did get to my gun, she can't cock it. I can barely do it, and she is only about 50 lbs. It is impossible. But that point doesn't matter much, since she can't get to the gun now.
