And, killercash doesn't play by the same rules as the scam artists on this board. So, before you make empty claims (unlike the claims I have made about your techniques) you best do your research a little better..or...as any good lawyer would say...I smell libel.

You have a clause hidden in your T & C's that allows for recurring billing. (whether or not billing is occuring right now...the presence of this clause would indicate that plans are in place to begin soon).
So, to recap, my problem (and the problem of some other webmasters who have posted their disagreement with your billing process) is that you have chosen to cheat and steal from the surfer, instead of developing a clear and effective marketing campaign that sells the software on the software's merits...and doesn't rely on shady extra billings.
If you are so sure that the surfer wants your Software of the month club...then it should be prominently featured...not hidden in the depths of the T & C's.

Oh...you are tiring aren't you. So, let's see what we have here. On one side Hooper...trying his best to discredit me through possible scenarios. And then we have me - simply stating what can be proved outright...the Software of the month club charge IS listed in Hooper's T & C's. But, oh no, he doesn't ever plan on actually implementing it, is he. Of course not. The extra charge is simply there to scare away some of those pesky customers that WERE going to purchase the software.

And again to recap, there are plenty better and PROVEN programs out there that DON'T rip off the customer. Try www.regnow.com or www.killercash.com to start.... Companies that have both been successfully selling software for a good many years.
Or you can subject your surfers to Hoopers hidden software of the month recurring charge.
