Let's see if the scientific method works.
A quick search on Google produces the fact that a jelly bean has an average length of 1.5 cm and a width of 0.9 cm. It's shape is a basic combination of a cylinder and sphere, with each half of the sphere on either end of the cylinder. The cylindrical section is approximately 0.9 cm in length, which gives us 0.5 cm3, which is added to the volume of one sphere at 0.4 cm3 for a total volume of 0.9 cm3 per bean.
Now, to figure the volume of the container. In Photoshop, using the middle orange bean in the third row down, since it's lengthwise, I find the width of the bottom of the container to be very close to seven beans laid end to end, giving us a bottom radius of 5.25 cm. However, the container is not a cylinder, the sides slope a bit, and the top of the pile appears to only be 5 cm in radius, possibly a bit less.
The height is somewhat difficult to determine, but by rotating the "bean ruler" I made, I estimate it to be 3 and 3/4 beans, or app. 5.625 cm.
So, using the formula for the volume of a truncated cone, (pi*r1*r2*h), I have 3.1416 * 5.25 * 5 * 5.625 = 463.876875 cm3 total volume of the beans and, at 0.9 cm3 per bean, we have a working figure of 515.41875.
However, this supposes that there would not be any space between the beans, and there's plainly a lot of air in there. So let's say, for every bean there's a lost volume space of one fourth of a bean. So, we need to subtract 128.8546875 from 515.41875, which gives us 386.5640625, or rounded up:
