You attempted to stop us integrating directly with our bank because you thought you would lose your secret commisssion, your service was so flaky and kept going down we were sure were losing money - once we integrated directly it ran like clockwork. We also moved our CS to a company that was half the price and specialises in telemarketing - our retention rate improved 30% afterwards.
You are a small timer and always will be, you have no clue how to manage customer service and you have even less of a clue how to fraud scrub.

First of all, do not threaten me. You have no ground to stand on.
Second, I am not Zprogramz and he does not work for us either. I was in the hospital for the birth of my first grandson most of Friday, Saturday and Sunday and was surely not posting here.
Third, anyone that knows and uses Netbilling will tell you that we are very honest, reliable and dedicated. We turned oiff your customer service after you did not pay your bill, remember? Don't sit there and lie to try tro make us look bad. If you continue to do so, I will post the ICQ and email messages of you and Mike Dunkley promising to pay your bill and begging us to turn your customer service phone #s back on. We even believed you, turned them back on and them turned you off AGAIN after you lied and did not pay. If our service was so bad, why did you use it for 2 years?
