    Is there only one way to set up subdomains in .htaccess?

    I used this:

    RewriteEngine On
    Options +FollowSymlinks
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} bro.acgcny.com
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !bro/
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ bro/$1 [L]


    No luck
