zprogramz you are a total and complete twit, now whetehr you are mitch or somebody that works for netbilling you have breached a fairly significant non disclosure agreement....

You attempted to stop us integrating directly with our bank because you thought you would lose your secret commisssion, your service was so flaky and kept going down we were sure were losing money - once we integrated directly it ran like clockwork. We also moved our CS to a company that was half the price and specialises in telemarketing - our retention rate improved 30% afterwards.
You are a small timer and always will be, you have no clue how to manage customer service and you have even less of a clue how to fraud scrub.
