Well yes, and no.
Is my hosting with candid over? Of course.
FM *barely* managed to save that shane whoever he is.
I offered about 5 mins before showtime to settle for 1 (yes one dollar) and he REFUSED. Needless to say FM gave him a little past history on me and the kid suddenly decides that indeed he will settle for that dolllar.

Will I ever forget the bullshit they put me through?

But until just a few minutes ago I had not seen the scans of the checks and what you did to them.. and they weren't even signed by me!

So I'm going to think long and hard and do 1 of 2 things.
Go ahead and just forget about it, the whole fucking thing because Candid makes me want to puke.

Make absolutely sure I have a rock solid case and everything ready to go so I can file any civil/criminal/federal charges that might apply.

So... I think it's over.. but if that whoever the fuck from Candid fucks with me again, I'll do something that'll make him/them/it wish they'd never been born.

And the shame of it is.. it won't be just one person that pays for it... it'll be your dog (if you have one) your wife (if you have one) any fish that happen to be around (if you have any) and any poor unfortunate that happened to get in the way.

The settlment I offered involved them not using my name in association with any of their bullshit products from now till the end of time.

I THOUGHT we had it settled until when I just woke up i see my personal (not business) checks scanned.

I've got a chance to bust some balls up good for that little stint.

If it weren't for FM saving a certain person's ass at the very last second you can bet I'd be going after criminal charges.

And I told FM i'd drop it and it'd be over.
And my scans are STILL all over this board.

I know i can win the case, I don't really need the money...but as they say.. an eye for an eye. a toth for a tooth.

All I know is if someone posted my checking account info online, even for a second and removed it, I wouldn't be posting, making offers to resolve it, or arguing with them on the radio. I would simply just contact a lawyer and have my day in court.

From what I have read, they could lose lots in judgement, be fined, and possibly criminal charges.
