From what I was told...
Pago shut off thier merchant acohahahaha and held all of their funds. Level 3 shut them down.
The Israel bank they are using now will be turning them off as well. Visa knows they are Supabill under a new name (Pzest), who was terminated last year, just under a different name. The game is over.
